The VF-A7 is a high performance drive in the Toshiba family of VSDs. It is a sensorless vector drive with an option for complete vector control. VF-A7 has the capability of producing very high starting torques for heavy duty applications.
Available in two ranges - 2.2kW to 15kw (with built-in RFI filters) and from 18.5kW to 280kW, VF-A7 dries are known in the industry for capability to handle arduous applications.

- More than 200% torque at 0.5Hz for short periods
- Large overload capability of 150% for 2 min (for ratings up to 75kW) and 150% for 1 min (for 775kW)
